The healthcare bill already passed so there is no "if".
But I'd go with E, try to get a job in the Florida Attorney General's office so I could support the suit by Florida and multiple other states to have the individual mandate in the healthcare bill struck down as the unconstitutional overreach of the commerce clause which it clearly is.
